At the Weight of the Fox Valley kickoff held on June 5th, 2014, two Action Teams were established: Active Communities and Worksite. Initial connections were started, but now is the time to continue the work to fulfill our vision. Please join us for the Action Teams meeting.

Weight of the Fox Valley (WOTFV) is a three-county initiative with a shared vision of working together to achieve and maintain a healthy weight at every age. WOTFV was established after a two-day summit attended by more than 150 concerned stakeholders in the spring of 2013. The summit was held as obesity was recognized as an emerging priority for the Fox Valley HealthCare Coalition, Oshkosh and Fox Cities United Ways, ThedaCare’s CHAT Initiative and area LIFE Studies.
